Beany Beef Burger
When we eat American meat, we want to eat it the American way. But what is the American way? Their kitchen was influenced by cooking traditions from all over the world. So we came up with this amazing recipe of meat and beans and a lot of fusion elements.
So here it is. An all-American recipe that isn’t completely American but still American. Say what now? Just try it!
Blanch the sweet beans until they are al dente and mix with some diagonally cut spring onions. Heat with a little butter. Fry the burgers, place them on top of the vegetables and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Then pour one tablespoon of truffle juice over each burger.
Serve with Arborio rice risotto (light round grains).

- 2 The Frozen Butcher US beef burgers, 125 g each
- Truffle juice, e.g., Urbani truffle juice
- 200 g (edamame) sweet beans
- 4 spring onions
- 100 g coarsely grated Parmesan
- 20 g butter
