When we visited the States we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the mighty Angus cattle. Bred from breeds native to the counties of Aberdeenshire and Angus in Scotland, their meat is world-famous for its marbling qualities. That means the meat has a lot of intramuscular fat which creates an intense flavor. And the cattle we use are raised on a carefully-balanced grain diet for an even better taste.

When we think of Iberico pork from Spain, we think of the world-famous dried ham with the black hoof still attached. Hence the name ‘pata negra’, which means ‘black hoof’. The fine taste comes from the unique breed and their natural olive oil-enriched feed. Lamb Burger

When we were in New Zealand we discovered that there are more sheep than people there. But more importantly, we found out that New Zealand is home to world-famous lamb, known for its wonderful juiciness and great taste. The climate and the grassy plains make this country ideal for raising lambs. They spent their lives on these plains eating the grass that gives the meat its special natural taste and tenderness.

We love the States and we love their cattle. So we make our US Beef Burger from their best. They are found on the central and western plains of the United States where they feed on a mix of grass and different herbs. After a while they also receive a balanced diet of grain and corn to make the meat extra juicy and tender.

In Australia we learned the history of the Wagyu breed. They were bred in Japan for their strength and endurance so they could be used in forestry and mining. Their muscle structure, combined with a special diet of grain and corn, makes the meat incredibly tasty and tender. An extraordinary piece of meat and definitely the most exclusive beef in the world.

Our Beef Burger is made from 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified™ Brazilian beef. Local farmers raise their cattle in the Brazilian state Mato Grosso, where they live in harmony with nature in the midst of local wildlife, forests and grasslands. Certifed farms meet comprehensive standards addressing environmental soundness, social well-being and economic viability. The green frog seal on this package means that farmers raise their cattle according to high animal welfare standards on environmentally friendly managed pastures.

The chickens used to make this burger were reared in an animal-friendly way. They lived in spacious barns with plenty of straw bales and a covered outdoor run. On top of that: we only use the delicious and juicy thigh meat, which makes the burger tasteful and succulent.

And is aged for at least 30 days!

This is our Ribeye steak made from Angus cattle born in the States. A steak with an abundance of marbling, small ribbons of fat that melt as it cooks, delivering a rich beef flavor. A smooth, fine texture and exceptional tenderness. A true champion amongst steaks for the real meat lover.

Bred from breeds native to the counties of Aberdeenshire and Angus in Scotland, their meat is world-famous for its marbling qualities. That means the meat has a lot of intramuscular fat which creates an intense flavor. And the cattle we use are raised on a carefully-balanced grain diet for an even better taste. And is aged for at least 30 days!
This is our Striploin steak made from Angus cattle born in the States. A steak with a fine texture, buttery flavor and with tiny flecks of fat interlaced in the muscle. In the 19th century the famous Delmonico restaurant located in New York made this steak an all-time favorite.

CARPACCIO

Angus Beef Carpaccio

Whenever we’re in Venice we visit Harry’s Bar. Carpaccio is thought to have originated here. And we love carpaccio! So we decided to add our own version to our assortment. We started by looking for the best meat we could use and found it in the States: great Angus cattle, raised on a carefully-balanced grain diet for an even better taste. So here it is, our own carpaccio made from prime meat cuts for extra tenderness, juiciness and ­flavor. It’s an absolute joy to eat!
