They are found on the central and western plains of the United States where they feed on a mix of grass and different herbs. This is our Striploin steak made from Angus cattle born in the States. A steak with a fine texture, buttery flavor and with tiny flecks of fat interlaced in the muscle. In the 19th century the famous Delmonico restaurant located in New York made this steak an all-time favorite.

Whenever we’re in Venice we visit Harry’s Bar. Carpaccio is thought to have originated here. And we love carpaccio! So we decided to add our own version to our assortment. We started by looking for the best meat we could use and found it in the States: great Angus cattle, raised on a carefully-balanced grain diet for an even better taste. So here it is, our own carpaccio made from prime meat cuts for extra tenderness, juiciness and ­flavor. It’s an absolute joy to eat!
